For as long as I can remember, since a very young age, I have been interested in helping people, the art of healing, and in becoming a healer – healing was always first in my heart.

My interest in health and healing was always instinctive, and over time my subconscious path became more and more a conscious decision. Everything else has just been a further learning, attuning and refinement of that natural calling. It seems to have been a natural development of smaller, but no less significant, continuous events that have moved me along, and they just made sense to me each time they happened, even when things got to what I thought could be their worst. And the deeper I have moved into that realm as a healer the more I have wanted to learn of it, learn from it, have loved it, and have wanted to become more in myself because of it.

Even though I have always had the connection to the spiritual realm, my journey to discovering the depth of this connection seems to have taken me from a sturdy grounding in the physical realm to a steady movement and enlightenment of the spirit. I started with studying Genetics and the wonders of the microcosm, then moved to my beloved natural world and plants by studying Naturopathy and Herbalism. Now, after 10 years of studying the Sciences and the Natural, I find I am still not finished with being a student of the universe and learning about the wonders of the world. I love what I know and I use it to the best of my abilities, and I want to approach health and healing from a truly holistic approach. I have learned from studying Naturopathy that looking after the spirit, mind and emotions is just as important as looking after the body, so I incorporate the Spirit by tapping into and growing my natural Energy Healing abilities as an integral part of what I do, and I honour my craft by walking the path of spirit.

As I have mentioned, I have a passion for helping people. To this end, I attend workshops and smaller courses regularly to enhance the skills I offer my clients, and most recently returned from Ecuador where I attended intensive training in Amazonian Energy Medicine in the Rainforest. I continue to learn from various fascinating teachers, from Reiki Masters to healers from traditional healers from all walks of life, that I may bring their healing expertise and experience to you through me.
